“Marco Mollel Parmwat is the co-founder and Executive Director of TAWI. He has over 12 years’ experience working in natural resources management and also as an active tour guide at Andbeyond sharing nature experience with his guest.He is passionate about nature and wildlife. He hold a Bachelor Degree Kampala International University-Uganda in Public Administration. Also passes several on Natural resource Managemnt at Mwewe Wildlife training Center.”

“Kipilangat Julias Kaura is the co-founder and Director of Programs of TAWI. He has over 5 years’ experience working experience in Wildlife Division currently Tanzania Wildlife Authority (TAWA) participating directly in natural resources management and policy development.He also worked as assistant researcher on the issues of human-wildlife conflict on the villagers adject to protected areas in Northern Tanzania. He has a Diploma in Wildlife Managemet from College of African Wildlife Mangement-Mweka also A Bachelor Degree Sokoine University of Tanzania Wildlife Initiative in Wildlife Managemnt. ”

He has worked with Mechanised Cargo as a person’s planning and controlling training operation. He is passionate on natural resources management that can be integrated to gender development.”
